Monoarc Mono CU

Characteristics
MONO CU is a basic coated Low hydrogen type Electrode producing Radiographic quality Cr-Ni-Cu Alloyed Weld Metal. The deposited metal shows high resistant to high temperature atmospheric Corrosion. Electrode is further characterised by soft and smooth acr, easy deslagging, low spatter and bead of excellent profile, gives deposition efficiency of above 110%.

Application
MONO CU is ideally suited for welding of highly tensile steels having similar composition as weld metal. For Welding of dissimilar composition steels having resistance to atmospheric corrosion as compared to Normal steels and specially recommended for welding of weathering steels such as CORTON steel, used in Chemical Petrochemical and in Railway Industries
