Monoarc Mono LH-7016

Characteristics
MONO LH-7016 is a basic coated, low hydrogen electrode, deposits high quality welds having good strength and ductility at sub-zero temperature suitable for welding mild steel, medium high tensile steels, low alloy steels of unknown composition, welding of high restrained joints and for non-machinable welds on Cast Iron.

Application
Typical application include heavy machinery such as Cranes, rollers, tractors, earth moving equipments, ships railway coaches & cast iron etc.

Monoarc Mono LH-7018

Characteristics
MONO-LH-7018 is a low hydrogen iron power type electrodesproducing tough and ductile radiographic quality weld metal having good notch toughness at sub-zero temperature down to 30 dig.c. The electrodeshas a metal recovery of about 115%.

Application
MONO-LH-7018 is ideally suited for welding of heavy structures and thick plates subjected to dynamic loading and impact. Other typical applications are Boilers, Vessels, Pressure, Bridges, penstocks Blast furnace steel work, earth moving equipments atomic reactor shell and pipe work and for steel designed for service of sub-zero temperature down to minus 30 dig.C.

Monoarc Mono LH-9018

Characteristics
MONO-LH-9018 is a heavy coated, hydrogen controlled iron powder type electrodes for welding of medium-high tensile structural steels, heavy sections and restrained joints in high tensile steels. The electrodes gives a very easy slg removal, low spatters, radiographic quality welds and deposition efficiency of above 115%.

Application
An ideal electrodes for the welding of components made of steel to IS: 8500-91 Gr. 540B, 570B, 590B, IS: 2002-92 Gr. 3: ISI 875-92 Class 3 A or similar.

Characteristics
MONO LH (Spl) is an outstanding quality electrodes designed for most stringent applications where high quality low hydrogen weld is must. Weld produces by MONO LH (Spl) is of RADIOGRAPHIC Quality which is exceptionally tough, ductile and fully resistant to hot and cold cracking and display a remarkable impact strength at room temperature as well as sub-zero temperature down to minus 50 deg. C.

Application
Typical applications include welding of carbon steel, low alloy structural steel, steel sensitive to hydrogen embrittlement. Heavy and rigid structures, pressure vessels and equipment subjected to severe stress and requiring good toughness properties at sub-zero temperature down to minus 50 deg. C.

MONO LH G is a low-hydrogen Iron powder type electrodes ......... efficiency of above 110% specially designed for welding fine grained steel. The weld metal is of a RADIOGRAPHIC quality and display high ductile and impact strength at sub-zero temperature down to 50 deg. C.

Application
The electrodes is a ideal for welding heavy sections and highly restrained joints. It is used in pipe lines, pressure vessels and heavy structural particularly when low temperature toughness and fracture resistance are important.

Monoarc Mono LH-(Ni) SPL

Characteristics
MONO LH(Ni) SPL is a basic coated Iron Power type electrodes designed for high tensile fine grained steels. The weld deposit which contain approximately 0.7% Ni and 1.5% Mn is highly resistant to hot or cold cracking even under dynamic loading, heavy impact and severe service conditions with particular reference to low temperature service down to minus 60 deg. C.

Application
Ideally suited for welding of high tensile fine grained steels for heavy construction work subject to dynamic loading. Pressure vessels, tanks pen stock and for welding steels for service temperature down to minus 60 deg. C.

Monoarc Mono LH-Ni

Characteristics
MONO LH-Ni is a heavy coated, hydrogen controlled iron powder type electrodes specially designed for welding nickel alloy steels. The weld deposit contains 2 to 2.75 percent nickel. The electrodes gives a very easy slag removal, low spatters, radiographic quality welds and deposition efficiency of above 115%.

Application
An ideal electrodes for the welding of 2.5% Ni steels. Suitable for joining components made of steels to ASTM516 Gr. 70 or equivalent where low temperature (-46 degree C) are required.
